“Never give up…Never give in,” the Ultra Rush Racing Team continues to be one of the most formidable Teams in its Class in the Powerboat Racing Fraternity, and has shown considerable resilience in truly living their motto. Akin to the Ultra range of lubricants, a brand which prides itself on being a world class lubricant blended for tropical conditions, the Ultra Rush is the only totally local powerboat in its Class in terms of equipment and products utilized. This showcases the consistency, reliability and trust that can be placed in a local product.

The Ultra Rush Team of Larry Edgill and Alan Rouse meets every challenge with determination and resolve, and pushes forward despite any challenges they may face. This winning attitude has been the pillar of their success at local and regional regattas, inclusive of the ever-popular Great Race. When all other D Class competitors decided to switch to exotic foreign boats, Ultra Rush placed their faith in the local market, lending itself as proof that there is quality to be found in Trinidad & Tobago. This faith has led to some notable achievements which are inclusive of:

• 2012 – 3rd in Class and 5th Overall
• 2013 – 2nd in Class and 7th Overall
• 2014 – 1st in Class
• 2018 – 1st in Class to date.

Though the Ultra Rush Team faced some challenges in the years 2015-2017, their strength and resolve has seen them return with a bang in 2018, showing the Powerboat Fraternity that they are a force to be reckoned with. Ultra remains proud to continue our partnership with the Ultra Rush Team as we continue to give credence to the fact that one does not have to look afar for greatness; it is right here in Trinidad & Tobago.
